Certified quality.
We follow a rigorous quality policy and have optimised our processes according to recognised quality assurance systems from the very beginning. Our certification is proof:
FAMI-QS
We completed our certification according to FAMI-QS in September 2006. That includes an HACCP approach to prevention and the inspection of critical control points. The certificate for the new quality standards for the additives industry includes quality assurance systems for placing feed additives in the following categories and functional groups on the market:
- Sensory additives: flavours
- Nutritional additives: trace element compounds
- Technological additives: preservatives
- Premixtures
ISO 9001:2008
We have been certified according to the familiar ISO 9001:2008 standard. In our company, the ISO quality standard relates to the development and production of and the trade with feed additives and premixtures.
QS approval
QS is a test system for foods of national and international importance. What makes this system so special is its approach across multiple cooperation levels. Phytobiotics has met QS system requirements for feed management for years. This is confirmed by annual audits.
For us, certification according to QS applies to the production of compound feed and feed material.
Bio Certification
Our broad array of products also has a biological version: the so-called Sangrovit eco. This single feed material matches the requirements of the current EG-eco regulations (EG) Nr. 834/2007 und (EG) Nr. 889/2008.
In our company, the compliance with this requirement is yearly tested and certified by an independent and accredited eco control institute, the ABCert AG in Esslingen.
Kosher certification
Our kosher certification granted by Rabbi T. Hod-Hochwald is valid for the following products: Sangrovit, Phytosweet, Glycinoplexe (Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn), Cytoplexe (Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn) and Immunmilch. These products are also kosher for Passover, which is governed by specific dietary rules.
Halal certification
The halal certificate was issued by the European Halal Certification Institute (EHZ) following a certification audit and site inspection. The EHZ is a non-profit organisation which is run by the Islamic Council for the Federal Republic of Germany and the Association of Islamic Communities in Northern Germany (BIG e.V.). The EHZ certificate is recognised in many countries. The certificate currently applies to Sangrovit, Sangrovit x10 und Sangrovit WS / Alkamax.
