Cream-Vanilla-Sweet PE Natural

(PHYT_10130) - Flavour type Vanilla

PROFILE DESCRIPTION

Sweet vanilla, slightly milky, aromatically rounded off with woodruff and a sweet bitter almond note.

Topnote (Volatility): Milky, bitter almond note
Bodynote (Character): Woodruff
Basenote (Longlasting): Sweet Vanilla

APPLICATION

The traditional flavour is preferred by all species (pigs, ruminants), especially young animals. It can be ideally used in milk replacers (calves, piglets, lambs, goat kids). Additionally, it masks raw materials with undesired olfactory notes. It is not pelleting- and heat-stable.

The incorporated natural sweetener (stevia extract) creates a powerful synergistic effect with the flavour, enhancing the animals' acceptance of the feed.

It can be used very effectively in fish bait, particularly attracting whitefish such as bream, tench, and carp.

CHEMICAL STABILITY

Product is feed acid-stable (5).

(The higher the ingredients' reactivity (1-10), the less responsive they are to acidic or alkaline feed components.)

HEAT STABILITY

Encapsulated flavour, offering enhanced protection against critical processes in feed production, such as exothermic neutralization reactions or thermal stress, e.g., during pelleting (heat-stable, 6).

1 to 5 NOT suitable for thermal processes like pelleting
6 and 7 Heat-stable (flavour loss of up to 10%)
8,9,10 Under high-temperature conditions (<95°C), minimal flavour loss (approximately  2-5%) occurs as a result of the  inherent characteristics of the flavour ingredients.
