Phytobiotics celebrated the success of the first edition of IQ Seminar Brazil. The technical event brought together more than 70 highly specialized professionals, from October 21 to 23, at the Ecoar Resort in Gaspar (SC), with the objective of discussing science and innovation in animal nutrition.

The IQ Seminar promoted a great exchange of knowledge between participants from all regions of the country, bringing a plural view of Brazilian agribusiness. "The first edition exceeded all expectations!", says Dimitri Freitas. "It was inspiring to see so many professionals gathered, from different areas, but with the same purpose: to evolve animal production through science, innovation and sustainability. The energy in the environment was contagious, with intense debates, new ideas and connections that will certainly generate lasting fruits. Undoubtedly, this debut consolidates IQ Seminar Brazil as an event that is here to stay. We are already excited about the next one!"

Impact programming

The event provided intense and productive days of lectures, carefully thought out and conducted by a selection of professionals who are references in their respective areas of expertise. The content was comprehensive, designed to inspire debate and exchange of experiences. "When different areas meet — poultry, pig farming, cattle farming, nutrition, research and industry — knowledge multiplies. Each professional brings their unique experience and challenges, and this broadens everyone's vision. This exchange is what drives the technical advancement of our sector", adds Freitas.

The program was structured to offer a complete overview of the challenges and innovations in agribusiness, starting with a day dedicated to broader and more strategic topics, such as the macroeconomic scenario and general perspectives of the sector in Brazil, as well as important sessions on agricultural management and the way the sector is perceived by society.

The following days were of technical deepening in poultry and swine, as well as ruminants, addressing in detail the nutritional and management challenges specific to each species, the importance of intestinal health, the modulation of inflammation and the strategies adopted in each production system. Profitability issues were also explored and the impacts of specific components of the diet were discussed, always with the aim of presenting practical and innovative solutions.

The first edition of IQ Seminar Brazil established itself as a platform for dialogue and dissemination of knowledge. The quality of the discussions on science and innovation in animal nutrition showed that the event came to boost the productivity and sustainability of the sector in the country.
