Bigarol Kirscharom PE
PROFILE DESCRIPTION
Sweet fruity cherry with red fruit (strawberry, currant, raspberry) vanilla rounding.
Topnote (Volatility): Sweet fruity cherry
Bodynote (Character): Redfruit
Basenote (Longlasting): Vanilla

APPLICATION
It is preferred in piglet and swine feeds. Due to a special encapsulation technique, it provides effective protection against aggressive feed components, making it highly recommended for use with challenging feeds, particularly mineral-based ones.
CHEMICAL STABILITY
Product is feed acid-stable (8)!
(The higher the ingredients' reactivity (1-10), the less responsive they are to acidic or alkaline feed components.)

HEAT STABILITY
Thanks to a specialized encapsulation technique, the flavour remains highly stable in mineral feeds (heat-stable, 8).
1 to 5 | NOT suitable for thermal processes like pelleting |
6 and 7 | Heat-stable (flavour loss of up to 10%) |
8,9,10 | Under high-temperature conditions (<95°C), minimal flavour loss (approximately 2-5%) occurs as a result of the inherent characteristics of the flavour ingredients. |

ADDITIONAL INFO
Interesting fact: It is loaded with 40% flavouring compounds - compared to Bigarol Raspberry PE (20%).
INCLUSION RATE
~100-150 g /t final feed
If the feed undergoes expansion (~120°C) or extrusion (~150°C), the inclusion rate should be multiplied by 1.5.
- Piglet mineral feed (4%): 4.000-5.000 g/t
TARGET SPECIES

Also approved for Ruminants, Horses, Poultry and Rodents.
