Bigarol Kovarom IPE
PROFILE DESCRIPTION
Traditional coconut-vanilla flavour, rounded off with a sweet cream note.
Topnote (Volatility): Sweet cream
Bodynote (Character): Coconut
Basenote (Longlasting): Coconut, vanilla

APPLICATION
Flavour is used in calves and cattle feed with universal suitability. It effectively masks bitter substances and feed fat notes (calves, piglets). Highly recommended for piglet feed and suitable for use in horse feed as well. Goat kids and lambs show a strong preference for this aroma, as it reminds them of mother's milk.
CHEMICAL STABILITY
Product is sensitive to feed acids (7)!
(The higher the ingredients' reactivity (1-10), the less responsive they are to acidic or alkaline feed components.)

HEAT STABILITY
It is very stable in mineral feed mixtures and against thermal feed processes (heat-stable, 7).
1 until 5 | NOT suitable for thermal processes like pelleting |
6 and 7 | Heat-stable (flavour loss of up to 10%) |
8,9,10 | Under high-temperature conditions (<95°C), minimal flavour loss (approximately 2-5%) occurs as a result of the inherent characteristics of the flavour ingredients. |

ADDITIONAL INFO
Interesting fact: The flavour loading is 20% lower compared to Bigarol Kovarom P.
INCLUSION RATE
~200 g/t final feed
If the feed undergoes expansion (~120°C) or extrusion (~150°C), the inclusion rate should be multiplied by 1.5.
- Cattle mineral feed: 400-500 g/t
- Piglet mineral feed (4%): 5.000 g/t
- Milk replacer: 150-200 g/t MR-powder
- Horse sector: 200-400 g/t final feed
