PROFILE DESCRIPTION
Notes of fresh, fruity raspberry-strawberry, rounded off with ripe wild berries.
Topnote (Volatility): Strawberry
Bodynote (Character): Ripe wildberries
Basenote (Longlasting): Raspberry

APPLICATION
It can be used for flavouring feeds in swine, especially piglet feed. The full-fruity note is highly accepted.
It can be used very effectively in fish bait, particularly attracting whitefish such as bream, tench, and carp.
CHEMICAL STABILITY
Product is feed acid-stable (6)!
(The higher the ingredients' reactivity (1-10), the less responsive they are to acidic or alkaline feed components.)

HEAT STABILITY
It is the non-encapsulated version of Bigarol Multifruit IPE (correspondingly less heat-stable, 4), BUT stable in mineral mixtures.
1 to 5 | NOT suitable for thermal processes like pelleting |
6 and 7 | Heat-stable (flavour loss of up to 10%) |
8,9,10 | Under high-temperature conditions (<95°C), minimal flavour loss (approximately 2-5%) occurs as a result of the inherent characteristics of the flavour ingredients. |
