APPLICATION
It can be used in feed for calves and cattle, and is designed for optimized citric flavour stability. The flavour is especially suitable for feeds with a high proportion of by-products from the processing of citrus products, as well as for enhancing the aroma of mixed feeds containing rapeseed. It masks undesired olfactory notes, especially erucic acid and glucosinolates.
It's an effective solution to add as an attractant to the concentrated feed within the robotic milking system.
CHEMICAL STABILITY
Product harmonizes with acids (5)!
(The higher the ingredients' reactivity (1-10), the less responsive they are to acidic or alkaline feed components.)

HEAT STABILITY
Normally, tangerine and citric flavours are very sensitive to heat oxygenation and get easily lost, especially under production conditions like pelleting. This product has been specially designed to provide a solution of optimized stability by using a special manufacturing process, resulting in reduced volatility (5). In addition, it is better protected against chemical reactions in the feed.
1 to 5 | NOT suitable for thermal processes like pelleting |
6 and 7 | Heat-stable (flavour loss of up to 10%) |
8,9,10 | Under high-temperature conditions (<95°C), minimal flavour loss (approximately 2-5%) occurs as a result of the inherent characteristics of the flavour ingredients. |

ADDITIONAL INFO
The flavour profile remains stable in the feed for a prolonged period, demonstrating superior longevity compared to Bigarol Tangerine IPE, and exhibits slower evaporation.
