Full speed ahead

Phytobiotics invests in new markets and expands into China.

On September 28th 2020, another foundation stone was laid for expansion in China. In a signing ceremony Dr. Hermann Roth, founder and managing director of Phytobiotics Futterzusatzstoffe GmbH, signed the contract for the move into the Sino-German Innovation Park (SGIP). In addition to own business premises and laboratories, Phytobiotics also builds production and storage facilities located there.

“China is an important market and success guarantor for Phytobiotics. With the new opportunities in China, we will transfer our advanced products and production technologies from Germany to China”, says Dr. Hermann Roth. “We are investing in R&D, the people and the Chinese economy to promote sustainable development and provide added value to the Chinese animal nutrition industry”. With Phytobiotics the new production facility, the German developer and manufacturer for high performance additives, aims to become the market leader in the Chinese animal and plant nutrition market within the next 10 years. For this purpose, Mr. Forest Lin has been appointed as Managing Director of Phytobiotics China. Mr. Lin has more than 20 years of experience in animal and plant
nutrition and knows how to market and promote value-added products in the Chinese market.

Forest says: “I’m very happy to join Phytobiotics to develop the Chinese market. My target is to make Phytobiotics the market leader for our core products within a few years. It’ll be our fantastic strategy of my future team and myself with the help and support of all international colleagues to help our customers to solve their challenge and to achieve the better performance and we will continue to keep the recognized spirit of Phytobiotics team.”

Soon Phytobiotics will be announcing the details of the new production plant being built!
