Growth starts at the grassroots
Phytobiotics strengthens its team at the production site and in its headquarters.
For more than 20 years, Phytobiotics has been known beyond its borders for its innovative and high-quality feed additives. New technologies and the expansion of the product portfolio for plant cultivation have led to the expansion of the Phytobiotics family in recent months.
In order to meet the increasing global demand for natural innovative performance additives, Phytobiotics has strengthened its production team in Neuendettelsau, Bavaria, with five experienced employees. Wolfgang, Friedrich, Andreas, Markus and Norbert ensure punctual and high-quality production and packaging. At the same time, the apprentice Maciej is an investment in the future.
Phytobiotics’ products are subject to regular controls and must meet the high demands of internal quality management and international customers. To ensure that high standards are maintained in the face of increasing product diversity, the quality management team is also being expanded. Julia Meyer is part of the team since January.
Phytobiotics is also known for its creativity and love for art. Due to the increasing number of markets, it is also necessary to roll out marketing more globally. The marketing team at the headquarters in Eltville has been enriched by the addition of Carsten Schiller as graphic designer.
Due to the rapid growth of Phytobiotics worldwide, it is also necessary to realign the accounting. As the new number cruncher, Sven Wimmer takes over the management of the accounting department in Eltville and is responsible for bank and cash management as well as monthly and annual financial statements.
“At Phytobiotics, we are in the fortunate position of being able to continue to assess our economic situation positively. Our focus is clearly on the needs of our customers and subsidiaries who deserve continuous quality, process reliability and on-time delivery. We are taking this into account by expanding the team,” confirms founder and managing director Dr Hermann Roth.
