Phytobiotics Brazil has just achieved a very significant milestone: 1st place in the Great Place To Work® ranking in the Agribusiness – Small Companies category. In this 7th edition, 263 companies participated in the evaluation, and only 50 were selected for the final ranking. In addition to this recognition, the Brazilian branch was also honored for its Mental Health initiatives, reflecting its commitment to putting people at the center of everything it develops.
The Great Place To Work award was created in the United States in the 1980s and has since become a benchmark for recognizing excellent workplaces. The award came to Brazil in 1997 and has since impacted organizations that foster a culture of trust, high performance, and innovation. Reaching the top of the Agribusiness ranking is a major accomplishment, especially in a sector that is vital to Brazil. Agribusiness employs more than 28 million people and accounts for about 26% of the country’s jobs. Being recognized as the best company to work for in such an important industry is a source of great pride and responsibility.
Phytobiotics had already participated in GPTW on previous occasions, ranking among the top ten companies in its debut on the list three years ago and advancing to second place in 2024. “This shows that Phytobiotics is on the right path, developing great projects, and that everyone is feeling good. That means a lot to us — we’re achieving exactly what we set out to do,” says Germano Eichner.
Driven to keep building an even better workplace, Phytobiotics Brazil wants every employee to feel valued, engaged, and inspired to grow. The GPTW award is a reflection of the culture and commitment to the well-being of those who build this story every day.
